Pirastro Chorda violin strings are authentic plain gut strings suitable for period instruments and baroque/classical repertoire.

Chorda violin strings are available in light, medium or heavy gauge. The G string is available with either silver plating (standard) or copper winding.

It is recommended to use these strings with a traditional tailpiece without fine tuners.
